About

QHST is a rigorous college preparatory high school on a beautiful and safe, 32-acre campus. With a new NCAA regulation sports complex and 21st century College and Career Research Center, we prepare students for success in high school, college, and beyond. Students are programmed into one of our three Small Learning Communities where they are known best by all. Our model supports students' achievement of some of the highest attendance and graduation rates citywide. We offer college level credit-bearing and AP courses, senior electives, College and Career Inquiry courses as well as the Teaching Institiute. Community partnerships and our extended-day programs ensure that students continue academic and social learning beyond the school day.
