Welcome to the High School of Sport Management Technology program, where passion for sports meets the power of technology. Our comprehensive program offers a unique blend of graphic design, web development, AP Computer Science, and virtual reality, providing students with the skills and knowledge to excel in the sports industry's digital landscape. In the Graphic Design course, students will explore the principles of visual communication and design. They will learn how to create captivating graphics, logos, branding materials, and promotional content that effectively represent sports teams, athletes, and sports-related businesses. Through a combination of theory and hands-on practice, students will develop proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools, enabling them to unleash their creativity and produce visually stunning materials that capture the spirit and energy of sports. The Web Development course equips students with the skills to create and maintain impactful online presences for sports organizations. In today's digital age, a strong web presence is essential for engaging fans, promoting events, and connecting with sponsors. Students will learn coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with concepts like responsive design and user experience (UX) principles. By building interactive and dynamic websites, students will gain the ability to tailor digital experiences specifically to the needs of sports teams and businesses, enhancing their online visibility and audience engagement.
