Brooklyn Democracy Academy (BDA) is a transfer high school that is committed to providing an interesting, challenging educational program that helps students overcome obstacles and attain their goals. We help our students earn a high school diploma, explore their interests and build important life skills, by providing individualized instructions and collaborative family engagement. In addition to preparing our students academically, we provide postsecondary job placement opportunities and/or employment.

This year we were fortunate to bring back dance as part of our Work-based program. Students participated in dance classes through ELITE Learners Inc. Dancers performed during our end of year showcase. Students also participated in music and had the opportunity to record some songs through Showcasing Talent And Recording Success, LLC.
